Online Tournament Registration Help

Create Your Profile

  1. You must first create a player profile. This information will be used for your online sign up when registering for any of the Club events.
  2. Follow this link to create your profile.
  3. When setting up your profile, follow the onscreen prompts.
  4. The birth date field requires your birth year.
  5. Please include your address so that we have you in the database for club mailings.
  6. After you complete the form and click Sign Up, you will receive an email to confirm your email address. Once you confirm your email address, your profile is complete!
  7. If your contact information changes, you can log in at anytime to update.

Tournament Registration

  1. You will find a link to online tournament registration on the Tournament page.
  2. Follow the link and select the tournament you wish registier for.
  3. Click the link for Online Entry with an Account.
  4. You will be presented with the login screen for your Player Profile...login.
  5. Once logged in you will be taken back to the selected tournament. Click the link to register.
  6. Select the events you wish to play.
  7. If signing up for doubles, include your partner's name or select Partner Needed.
  8. When you're done, click the submit button at the bottom of the scree. Thats it!
  9. You will receive an email confirming your registration.

Using the online registration will allow you to make changes to your contact information and make updates to your registration. The application allows us to send messages to players during the tournament should we need to contact you regarding tournament delays.

We will now be able to post draws and match results in near real time, as well as player stats.
